absolutely the best flavor and so tender...I've been buying skirt steaks from specialty shops for well over a decade. However I have never been so satisfied when preparing, cooking and eating these. I appreciate that this is fully peeled. That makes preparation quick versus spending hours peeling it. Also, I've ordered wagyu skirt steaks from specialty shops and none of those tasted as good as these. So...after having some last night, I'm back to order some for a gathering this weekend. Just to be safe, I'll order two. : o)

Love Lobel’s WAGYU SKIRT STEAKSyou can buy more expensive cuts but nothing is as tasty as these skirt steaks, very tender. They are like candy.
