Directions

    Place meat on waxed paper. Meanwhile, mix rest of ingredients thoroughly. Spread this mixture on both sides of steak and let stand for about 2 hours at room temperature. Turn once or twice so that marinade can soak in.
    Preheat broiler. Broil for the doneness you prefer. Transfer steak to hot platter and cut diagonally.
